BEWARE !!!! Has to be the worst Realtors around. They will do everything in their power to not help you with issues when things go wrong. Make sure you take pictures of every issue and email them everything that is wrong. Good luck getting them to respond though. All they want is your money and then to never hear from you again. Took them a month to fix our AC. The maintenance people they send out even make fun of how incompetent they are with their tenants. I call them with issues they give attitude and hang up on me. So unprofessional its unfathomable. Our canopy collapsed in a storm so we asked them to take care of it. They said they will NOT be replacing the canopy “shocker” which was fine us we just wanted the broken mess removed. Well instead they put a giant pile of trash on our law
