Toll Brothers Pennsylvania Design Studio

This is the luxurious master bath standard door that comes with a Toll Brothers product. This style door is not on display at the design studio. It's very flimsy and shakes like it's going to break. Very deceptive selling done by a publicly traded company. After I brought this to their attention they won't admit fault or fix the issue oh but they are going to change the swing of the door so you don't get hit with it while drying off after you shower. We are so upset we didn't move in yet.

Website shows hours for weekends. I’m in the parking lot and not a soul can be found. Phone number goes to VM and no one returns call. How disappointing!

I cannot be more disgusted with this entire process and the entire staff at this design studio. From my "designer' Ashley to the manager Anne who doesn't care about your needs or even gives you the courtesy of a call back. They designed my kitchen and completely had no regard for ceiling height and now this has delayed my delivery on the house. And when I called they made it out as if I was making a big deal out of nothing. I was supposed to get 42 inch cabinets with an 18 inch glass cabinet on top but they seemingly don't know how to use calculator for ceiling height and now im getting 30 inch cabinets instead. Do yourself a favor when you're buying a Toll house, DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING, because they couldn't care less and when there's an issue you won't hear

As a very busy interior designer I am at toll brothers every few months assisting new clients with their beautiful Toll Brothers purchases. They have an incredible design center in Blue Bell Pa., and a system that is extremely effective in helping the client and the designer move through the selection process. I certainly appreciate them, and I know they appreciate having a professional with their home buyers to help perfect the finished product

I’d rate my experience with the design studio less than zero stars if I could. From the unprofessionalism of the representative we were unfortunately assigned with, to the grossly expedited process in which you’re pressured to make decisions, it’s a disastrous experience from start to finish. I regret every single decision made and I’d recommend choosing a different builder to avoid a similar catastrophe. Steer clear.
