Call them, Email them, Go on their website... Don't pass this place up. Emmett is a master of his craft as well as honest, trustworthy, and responsive. He walked me thru every step of my first home purchase. Finding Emmett and Evesham was like the weight of the world being lifted off my shoulders. Most incompetent team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They made an already stressful house buying experience a million times worse. They will give you every excuse in world of why the paperwork was not done. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself a headache an find a different mortgage company immediately.
