"Love Life Here" first appeared above the door to a wing of the Arbours almost a decade ago. After many Arbours I now I know the meaning. As an architect I can design the building. Westum is the fantastic group of people that create the "here". Though meaningful and orchestrated team efforts they develop experiences for the occupants and thoughtful spaces for the staff. Know I know the meaning of that simple phrase.

I lived a Westrum Development project '31 Brewerytown'. I was reminded, when I went to trade in my car recently that the vehicle history report shows body shop damage from 7/10/2019 that occurred during overnight hours in Westrum's parking lot, which was also doubling as a construction site. Mind you, at this time 1 of three buildings was constructed and we were some of the earliest tenants to move in. The parking lot was more or less empty. My car had significant damage, white paint and scratching to the right side and there was a white bobcat parked one spot up... on the right side, which hadn't been there the night prior. The on-site property manager, Nancy was zero help. Her feedback was that on a human note it sucks, she is sorry. On a professional end, no she won't provide me footage
