Current Owner with leased home 27 months Pro Tim owner agreed 8% as compared to 10% Found tenants who pay rent monthly Cons!! 1) Rick company manager told me 1 time they have over 200 properties aka are busy to followup on issues (you charge monthly to manage my home) 2) Lack of inspections as stated in contracts every 6 months; last inspection I got was July 2024 (you heard me right) 3) Charge for repairs WITHOUT owner's permission and upcharge 20% inaddition to repair from bogus contractors who write fake receipts! 4) NEVER sent me any pictures of supposedly repairs, someone who works at the office calls and "thinks" this is what is wrong and needed when tenants call for a repair. No one EVER goes to check on repairs if even valid. Take pictures to share with owner NEVER. 5) Allowed J

Renting from this company for 2 years and they are not friendly or a welcoming company! My kids never played outside , was discriminated on when we went to the pool . The retires are not friendly and kind neighbors. They invade your privacy was told we could not have a dog as soon as our lease was up they allowed dogs and lowered the rent . They charged 75.00 a hour for anything have to repair to not give your full deposit back , and hold your deposit for weeks !! Don’t waste your time or money ! Viewing of the home this week but refuse to fund me any deposit cause they want to find fault and take it all !!

They are wonderful in helping you find the best place that fits you. They maintain their properties very well.
