South Pointe Landing

Just wanted to give an update. I moved here in October and I have no complaints. There were a few things that needed to be touched up and once I let the office know they were on it. Maintenance is respectful and considerate as well, and overall it’s relaxing here. The people are friendly, and everyone minds their business pretty much. No roaches, no leaks, or any other issues. Thank you for a smooth transition and experience!

I have been living here for 3 yrs and actually have no complaints. I have never had any bugs or maintenance issues. When I put in a request they are pretty fast and respectful. My apt was fully remodeled so I’m sure that makes a big difference. Thank you South Point!

Great management team! From the moment I applied to moving in everything went smooth. Thanks again Rob he is the absolute best!! I’d recommend anyone to live here.

My experience here was great at first, but after recent events I wouldn’t say great is the right word anymore. My apartment flooded and me and my mother and dog was left in the apartment for 8 days with black mold growing, our carpet was pulled up before our things was moved out causing everything we owned to get damaged. This happened June 12th of 2025, we still have yet to receive compensation, we are struggling to find normalcy in our life’s with everything gone. We lost every piece of clothing we had, only being able to save what we had on our bodies and what was on top of the ruined items that could be some what salvaged. This situation was handled improperly and it still isn’t fixed. We were moved into a temporary apartment the 21st of June, and it felt like we were forgotten about.

Everyone been so helpful from the moment I called, to the day I came to tour. The homes are nice and big. I love how the community is hidden, it feels so safe. Looking forward to moving in!
