Cloverleaf Lake Townhouse Apartments

I have lived here for several years and it’s quiet, neatly kept, great place for the price. There are a couple of reasons why I have lived here as long as I have (1) Mary Wilson she is the property manager and she has always made me feel welcomed. She always pleasant and greets everybody with a friendly smile. If I have ever had any issues or needed something done in my unit she made sure it was done without question. (2) it’s peaceful, it’s offers city living with a country appeal (3) safe and quiet neighborhood, literally everybody keeps to themselves mind their own business, but always friendly when you speak….. and finally (4) even the children are quiet….they play outside of course but they too are very respectful

Mary is honestly a life saver! From the day I came to view she’s been a God Send. And the maintenance man Quan is always professional and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!

I have been living at Cloverleaf Lake for over 10 years. I have seen a lot of improvements lately. Maintenance has gotten a lot better and faster. Mary has been great to me since day one and is always very helpful with ANYTHING me or my family need. My neighbors are great. I enjoy staying here.

Been here for 6plus years and Mary has welcomed our family from the beginning to currently. She is so giving towards us and accommodating to our needs. I have never had an issue with her service. She is excellent as a leasing manager. The area is mostly quiet and chill. The pool is really nice for the summer. This community has been a pleasure for me and boys and we have enjoyed the staff and maintenance workers as well. We have had some major milestones in this home and we truly are grateful for the many years at this address.

Anyone living in any apartment complex with rodent invasion, electric/fire hazards,please diligently report in writing with your pictures for proof to the county of Chesterfield and state of Virginia Health Department (rodents and untamed birds pooping everywhere) . Especially if there's aa child or children in the apartment with rats chewing through doors!!!!! Get the correct names phone numbers and email of the direct individual(s) responsible for following up on your case. Learn the regulations required for landlords where you're renting. You have to go into these offices to make yourself seen and heard with your documentation. Of you're paying rent there are ways you can put you payments in escrow account until the problems are resolved. You just have to do your due diligence. Also re
