This is the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Maintenance sucked, they would barge into my apartment unannounced at 9am despite me scheduling their arrival for 2pm. On top of that, they never knew how to fix anything. My a/c was out from may-july because of their incompetence. I ended up having to buy a window a/c unit to use til I moved out in July because they never fixed it despite 8 maintenance tickets I submitted. The front office is never around to pickup the phone and when they do you are honestly better off talking to a wall. Incompetence runs rampant through this whole place. Upon moving out they charged me an extra $70 for a water bill despite it being fixed into the cost of rent, that I paid on the 1st. They also want me to pay
Gosh this place is horrible and it’s sad because it used to be pretty good when we first moved in. I’m not sure what happened but ever since we re-signed our lease our work orders haven’t been completed and if they do it’s like pulling teeth. We’ve had our dishwasher not working properly for two months and a week now. No end sight for that getting fixed for some reason. Our faucet to the kitchen sink was loose for a month and that’s finally fixed after their “preventative maintenance.” Small victories I guess. Now here’s the real kicker, our washing machine is leaking so we send a maintenance request and call the emergency line. It’s been a week and still nothing. Which would be one thing (crazy statement) but they wrote they had completed this request and a few others so that’s an int
(Update in response from owner: I posted my original review the same day I sent my first email to rsteel. Rsteel is aware of my problems and have been for almost a month now. The bit where they present themselves as a concerned owner in replies to these reviews is just a way of saving face.) Don't come here. Office staff use AI tools to write kindly-worded and enthusiastic emails promising things that won't happen. Something as fundamentally basic as getting an air filter installed (there was none in the unit when we moved in and the air system looked like there hadn't been one in months) took weeks of teeth pulling and only worked after some a lot of strongly worded correspondence with the main office. Getting anything more complicated is impossible. Expect half-finished renovations wh
Moved to Richmond for work and the property management ladies made it feel like a home away from home for both me and my teenage daughters. Great area, kind friendly staff! We thank you.
The Belvedere used to be a great place to live, however, things have changed for the worse. We had a mold problem that they never properly addressed. But the main sticking point is that our AC unit was down for an entire month last summer, despite multiple maintenance requests and correspondence with the front office saying that they would fix it swiftly. Despite those promises, and the promises to install a window AC unit and bring us fans, it took them a month to fix our AC. As a result of the AC being broken, our electricity bill was quadruple the usual price. We promptly notified the front office and they gave us the runaround. We ultimately had to pay the bill, because it was either that or risk our electricity being shut off. But we kept trying to get the front office to reimb
