Still waiting for Paved roads in Wellspring subdivision, last home finished months ago.......
We are in the early stages of just purchasing our home in Silverleaf and everyone has been BEYOND friendly and helpful. Julia was great with our initial interest in the property and Cynel has been wonderful as well. Very nice community as well. We look forward to moving in later this year!
Brittney was absolutely an amazing and very patient. The customer service she provided was well above anything we have ever received. We will definitely be referring people who are interested in purchasing a home!
Ben Axeman is the best! If you ever need any help on getting a Ryan home from someone who is honest and upfront he is your guy! HOA doesn't do anything after 2 years. After 2 years, everything started to happen, and got to pay out if pocket for everything. I believe it should be a 5 to 7 year warranty !
