My mom finally got ahold of someone and they said 40 people in line 2 yr wait has to be some scam they need to remove this ad immediately totally unprofessional

Worst customer service. I inquired about the Apts and was informed about the rent rates and credentials. I met the credentials and the lady stated I could not tour the apt before making a decision. When I asked why she stated I made to much. When I informed her that our previous conversation she stated I was un the limit to complete the application she ghost me. I have not heard anything back from the management no matter how much I try to contact them. Good luck to anyone trying to get an apt.

Worst customer service. Good luck getting anyone on the phone. And if you do manage to get to talk to someone they will just ask you to hang up saying they will call you back, and I assure you they will not. Took them 5 days to tell me whether or not there was a vacancy, and i'm not exaggerating. This is the first time I felt compelled enough about something to leave a review online, they earned it.

I pray that I can become a resident here because I love everything about it.
