Meadow Ridge Apartments

My wife & I have lived here at Meadowridge for six years, and we have seen many people come and go during that time, including some managers. For the past six months or so, we have been blessed with the most excellent and most diligent manager up to this point - Brandi Marten. She takes her position very seriously and is attentive to the needs of her people. My wife & I see Brandi driving slowly throughout the complex each working day morning as she observes and cares about what is going on with this property. Brandi has been very friendly & helpful, while still maintaining a “no nonsense” attitude about things here at Meadowridge. She is also the most communicative manager we have had in six years, keeping all of us updated on pertinent issues, and we have noticed that the lawn care,

I absolutely love my apartment. The management is super responsive and very easy to work with, maintenance requests are easy to put it, and always handled quickly. The property is always well taken care of. Snow removal is reliable, which makes winters stress-free, and overall it’s a great, comfortable, well-managed place to live.

I moved to meadow ridge in 2024 , the property manger we had before NEVER had her office open. Whenever I had a problem, there was no way for me to reach the property manger unless I called the direct office to IMM. NOW the new Property Manager BRANDI goes above and beyond to help with any issues . This wonderful lady now has the office open by 8am and actually has the door open. Now that she’s manger I will definitely stay here as long as I can. Maintenance guy Nevin is so amazing fixed all my issues in ONE DAY! RON did really good in showing him the way ! ❤️

Loved my apartment, when I had an issue the management and maintenance took care of it in record time. Always available and eager to assist.

The apt were nice and clean, manager and staff is really helpful….. price is reasonable !
