Brooklyn Heights Apartments

I had a great experience with the maintenance team and management. They responded quickly to my request about a water leak and bathroom door issue, came by to fix everything, and made sure the problem was taken care of. The staff was professional, helpful, and respectful. I really appreciate the quick response and good service. Thank you Brooklyn Heights Apartments!

Management: Excellent 5/5, Haley has been exceptional with her follow up and communication. I haven’t rented in some time but she was more than patient with me in explaining the ins and outs and all arounds. Location: It’s central and ideal if you work in town. Residents: Not sure yet, but if they have gone through the same application process then it should be okay. Rental: I have an efficiency studio, it’s well maintained and definitely NOT as dingy as other studios I’ve seen from other companies/private renters. $/$$$ Why not 5 stars? Gotta evaluate as a whole, the day I got my keys, I went and did a walk through. Unfortunately the hallway from the entry door to my unit smelled like urine. Probably a case by case thing, or someone’s temporary plumbing problem.

Best property company to rent and or buy from. Hayley is amazing at her job! If you are looking to rent from a company, rent from Investors Management and Marketing ! 5/5

I've been here a year and its been very relaxed, not overly flashy, but I don't feel like I was living in the slums either. Not to much to look at on the outside, but the inside is nice. Workorders get handled when they are suppose to & its nice to have management on site for random issues that may occur. Good experience no doubt.

Great place to be Jayde is nice and personable and Mike is the bomb.com they are great people! And like some of the other reviews say it’s a nice place to live it’s not a dump but it’s not a beautiful brand new flawless place either but they do a fabulous job taking care of the place and keeping the “riff raff” away.
