Northern Plains Apartments

I moved here from the East Coast to be near my daughter and her family. This is my first time living in an apartment since I own a home back East. I have had an amazing experience so far. When a repair is needed or an appliance has broken my work orders have been answered extremely fast and efficiently. I have no complaints at all and the past 2 years have been wonderful. No issues in my building with package deliveries or loud neighbors. Thank you IMM for doing a great job.

Overall we really enjoy these apartments. There are only a few down sides: We are in bldg 3701 and there is definitely someone who smokes weed. Frequently, the hallways smell strongly of it. I know it is a pretty universal problem for the whole complex, but it would be nice if some security measures could be taken to stop the rampant package theft. Other than that, we love the pet-friendly environment and have no complaints!

1.Tawnie, our property manager, is truly exceptional and highly responsive. Since joining our complex, she has consistently provided us with excellent communication and has gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction as tenants. She consistently exceeds our expectations, prioritizing tenant happiness at all times. 2. In every apartment complex, there are always a few neighbors who can be challenging to deal with. However, whenever incidents have arisen that required reporting, Tawnie has handled them with remarkable efficiency, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. 3. Overall the complex and apartment has minimal complaints on our part. Price is reasonable and we owe a huge thanks to the maintenance team for their hard work.

I lived here for 16 months. The property manager has excellent customer service. Any time I had an issue, she would respond fast and always take care of any problems quickly. The apartments are maintained well, common areas are cleaned frequently and since I have lived here I have never seen any type of insect/rodent. The location is in a safe neighborhood and quiet street. The code entry for the building adds an extra layer of security. All appliances were brand new and excellent quality. I definitely reccomend these apartments and would stay here again.

Like the size of the apartment. Most neighbors pleasant and keep to themselves. Vacuuming and cleaning in hallways done regularly. Maintenance responds quickly. Extremely noisy neighbors at night, and nothing is being done to fix the situation. Wreath and mat stolen from door and no attention given to complaint. Love that entrances are keycode locked, but be aware they don't work for a few days every couple months. Best for people without small babies or sleep issues, ideal for those who need private garage, 15 minutes from Minot AFB, and great for dog and cat lovers (lots of dog owners there).
