Robbie was my realtor while I was out of state and unable to be in person for the sale process—and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. His initiative and active communication were extremely valuable to me especially being out-of-state. He gave great recommendations on how to focus my preparation efforts that helped me balance my time and budget for the return, and helped set a price in alignment with my sale goals, which he helped me meet! As a first time homebuyer I wouldn’t recommend Lynne Reisenauer as a realtor. The buyer left me a complete disaster of a home. She left a bunch of stuff behind when she left out of state a week early. She didn’t even fix, or clean anything that was asked of her. The realtor, Lynne just left it “as is.” It was too late to back out of the contract. I was at closing by myself, and the purchase price was even wrong at closing. Way too stressful and a complete nightmare my first time. Lesson learned!

Robbie at KW was fantastic throughout the entire process of selling my home! His professionalism and knowledge of the market was evident, and his even-keeled nature and positivity made the process very smooth and painless. He put in extra energy in the evenings, and into the weekends, took drone footage, and even went Home Depot to for materials and got his hands dirty to setup the yard for success. He went out to his way to find vendors to fix some post inspection repairs—he put in 110% above and beyond a normal realtors scope of efforts! I moved to Minot to be closer to doctors and hospitals because I have MS. My best friend recommended Robbie Opperude at Keller Williams. I was sceptical because having a handicap my needs are specific and my funds are limited. Robbie was understanding and willing to find just the right place I could call home. I wanted to move to Minot to be close to my young grandchildren. I was between jobs and the housing market wasn't very good. Robbie Operude showed me a few houses. I thought they were just out of my reach. Robbie matched me with a seller that was willing to work with me. He also recomended an agent in Langdon, the town I was moving from, to sell my house. I got into a new home and I love it. My house in Langdon also sold thanks to his recommendation. I honestly could not have done any of this on my own.
