Minot Place Apartments

Love Minot Place so much! Very friendly and understanding staff/maintenance who always gets back to you within a week. Apartments are so clean/beautiful with almost no issues and a beautiful view from the balcony. Pretty nice maintenance of buildings and parking lots as well as lawn care. Wifi is included along with a 2-stall garage all for a price that’s under 1,000$ a month. So glad I went with Minot Place Apartments instead of my other options☺️

This apartment complex is very clean, pet friendly, and offers great amenities! Don is absolutely amazing. He made our moving experience super easy and enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about his residents. I would definitely recommend Minot Place to anyone!

Great renting experience. They are very accommodating towards your needs and offer short term leasing. The apartments are clean and have a very new and modern feel. Don the Manager really cares about his community and always makes himself available for any issues or concerns you run into. Free internet and basic cable included is a nice added bonus, along with washer and dryer in unit. Great renting experience overall.

Have been at these apartments for about a month and a hald now, so far has been a great place to live! Setting up was very easy and management is very helpful and nice! Maintenance request are quick to respond and fast repairs. Only issue is not with management but that some tenants are young adults or people who have young children, so they aren't as courteous as others when it comes to noise, which happens in apartments, other then that would recommend these apartments to anybody!

Minot place apartments are quiet and very homey. Love that it comes with a garage and has a huge kitchen! Lots of good amenities included and Don works well with all tenants. He’s very helpful and always willing to work with you. Love it so far!
