South Fork Village Apartments

I chose South Fork Village because of Maria Quevedo’s outstanding energy and kindness! She made me feel truly welcome and ensured all my concerns, whether about fixes or updates - were immediately addressed. She followed up quickly and coordinated everything with maintenance or supervisors, and things were resolved in no time. The apartments are cute. They are not brand new, but any maintenance needs are handled promptly. The grounds are well-kept with nice amenities. Overall it’s vibrant and peaceful, with families and young people. I’m really happy here and grateful to Maria!

Luisa, Gloria and the whole team are amazing!! I’m really happy with my move to this apartment community. From the very beginning, the leasing staff was professional, responsive, and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The community is quiet, feels safe, and is conveniently located close to everything I need. It’s clear that the property is well cared for. Overall, this has been a great experience so far, and I’m very comfortable calling this place home. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.

My husband and I have enjoyed our time here so very much. The maintenance team goes above and beyond and they are always super fast and friendly. Everyone in the office is such a pleasure and we are thankful for their hard work and kindness. Looking forward to renewing our lease here.

I love the customer service. It was quick and easy and done and I love when you walk in there the instant service that we got he was offered service like really quick and I love when they was offering stuff given us stuff and the apartment is so big pictures do not explain justice. I just love it overall recommend all the way.
