Staff was super friendly, especially Candra! She helped my uncle was 84 years old and made the process seamless, I can truly say I appreciate her demeanor while she multitask With a Very warm and professional manner. The residence was very clean And you can tell the property as well maintained . I would definitely recommend

It's not often you find yourself impressed by things anymore when you're in your 60's. You pretty much have a "...been there, done that" kind of mindset. Then something happens that changes that thought instantly! For me, it was my decision to move into the Loftin @ Montross II. From the moment I walked into the lobby till the moment I sealed my residency, it has been a wonderful experience! When you meet, Candra Durham - you've met a friend! This young lady [literally] gave me the jacket off her back just because I fussed about how beautiful it was. She's warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. I moved in to this beautiful place in May of 2024. The grounds are beautiful, well kept and I have a raised garden bed out back. I love the variety of activities. Even though I don’t get to participate in many of them, I see the fun other residents are having. Having lived in rural areas most of my life, I often wondered how I would feel living in an apartment. I was looking for a maintenance free and secure place to live. I found it and moving here was a great decision! Our manager Candra is ALWAYS available and goes out of her way to answer any questions that I might have. She runs a tight ship, as it should be, and is fair to everyone. One of the best things about living here is knowing that I can depend on her if I have an issue. I just wanted to write a review about my community managers here at Loftin. I am very impressed with the service given by both Candra and Lay. They handle situations in a timely manner and I feel safe and comfortable living here. I look forward to all of the attention to details that we have here. They both want what's best for the residents. Thankful to have them on board. Keep up the great work ladies.

Our manager Candra is a real gem! She is so personable and is on the ball. She listens to our needs and concerns and has made things happen in the short time she’s been here. She also is receptive to the residents being involved and wants to hear our ideas to make life here enjoyable. She seems to have an understanding of senior life and I believe she will advocate for us. She’s a keeper!!!
