Belmont Heights Apartments & Townhomes

Wonderful complex all the way around! We moved in during last December—and we have had absolutely no big issues. The office staff is SO sweet, welcoming, and helpful when you need them. There have been several instances in which the office will go out if their way to show the residents they care—during a majority of the month of Dec., they had a gift wrapping station set up for free! And again—this morning, the office staff gave out breakfast sandwiches! I can’t say enough nice things about ALL of the staff (especially Miss. Tee.) This area is very safe, and very quiet even considering the “road noise,” as i can appreciate the fact that the speed limit is only 35 so there’s typically no speeding vehicles. Moved in recently to Belmont Heights. There were a few things I had to let the office know about upon move in but they handled them quickly! I appreciate the answers to my concerns. I love the quiet neighborhood and the fact that they allow my dog to be there with me as many places denied me due to my dog being a Great Dane/Shep Mix.

We love the apartment layout. It uses the square footage effectively for utility, storage, and comfort. Management has been very helpful, kind, and welcoming. We appreciate the events there have been for the community. It is an older apartment and has some quirks, but maintenance has always been prompt and kind. It's obvious management is putting a lot of effort into updating the units and community. It is close driving distance to grocery stores, playgrounds, and downtown Belmont, but it is difficult to get anywhere on foot.

I lived here for many years. The community is nice and peaceful. The maintenance staff are top notch and respond quickly to any issues. The grounds are well maintained and the community is close to the interstate as well as the downtown area. I would like to see a larger dog park area and sometimes trash pickup (dumpsters) is at 4:00 in the morning however, other than that this is a great place to live.

We absolutely love our forever home. Belmont heights has helped me and my boyfriend with our first home together. They’ve been nothing but helpful and one call away for us. Rahmon was wonderful to us when we first started looking into our forever home. Keep up the good work guys.
