Riverside Flats at Aberfoyle Village

i give this facility a 4! i went for a tour today and fell in love with the property. Jessica was there and was most gracious and attentive. she was knowledgable and answered all of my questions with confidence. when she didn’t have an answer, she called her colleague(s) and obtained the answer. her customer service and attention to my concerns were impeccable! i feel this is somewhere that i’d love to live!! the neighborhood was impressive, the lobby was clean and inviting, except for that awful smell of dogs! that was a turn off for me because i’m not fond of unpleasant smells, i was surprised that the lobby wasn’t fresh smelling. other than that (because i’m not interested in living in the lobby)… hopefully when there are units on the 3rd floor, i will become a resident!!! GREAT PLAC

Riverside Flats has been such a wonderful place to live! It’s safe, clean, updated, and close to the city. We’re nestled perfectly between the city and downtown Belmont to get the best of both worlds. The location is perfect for walking, being just a few steps away from a beautiful view of the Catawba river. The leasing office has been amazing to work with and always eager to help with any issues. Maintenance is very timely and takes care of business! Such a welcoming place to be and we have felt that from the start! We are so happy to be at Riverside Flats! Cannot recommend it enough.

I helped my parents move here. It is very clean inside and out! There are some cute homes and nice town homes around the flats. The sidewalks make it nice for taking a walk around the block or to the water. The landscape add a nice touch. The club house has a gym and beautiful seating areas open for meetings. The internet service is throughout the complex. It is also quite and the office staff is friendly.

Living here for almost 3 years has been an absolute delight. The property is breathtakingly beautiful and serene, and the community is incredibly welcoming. Most of the residents are dog lovers, which creates a friendly and dog-friendly atmosphere. Even the neighbors in the surrounding townhomes are incredibly friendly. Brook and the entire staff are exceptional to work with. Brook is always cheerful, helpful, and ready to assist whenever needed. Overall, this place is an incredible place to call home.

I have lived here since January 2024. I love everything about it. The staff is awesome, the community is kept clean, the maintenance crew takes care of repairs in a timely manner and the apartment is modern. Belmont is a nice town and the complex is very close to downtown where you can pick from multiple places to have a nice dinner or relaxing night out. My only wish is that when renewing a lease there were special offers like some of the ones that are offered to new tenants.
