Palisades of Belmont Apartments

There needed to be better communication when things like the pool was not going to be available due to maintenance (or what ever reason). We did get several email reminders to only place 1 garbage bag in the valet container and to bring your trash container in every morning by 9am. If this was not done, there would be a $25 fine for everyday it was not taken in on time. Based on the large number of containers left out all day, I don't believe there was any follow thru. When we came and toured, we were told outdoor activities (ex: corn hole boards) would be taken out and be placed by the grilling area once the weather got warm. These were never seen and would have been nice when we would have friends or family visiting. We were also told there would be food trucks during the summer mont

Living in this apartment has been an amazing experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The space is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel like home from the moment you walk in. The amenities are top-notch, and everything is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The management team is incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The location is perfect—close to everything you need while still being peaceful and quiet. Overall, this has been one of the best places I’ve ever lived. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home!

I had a wonderful experience at Palisades of Belmont thanks to Mallory. She was polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend working with Mallory!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Palisades of Belmont thanks to Mallory. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Mallory made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions, which we truly appreciated. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and welcoming, creating a great overall atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend working with Mallory.

I have lived here for less than two weeks but the experience so far has been really wonderful. Heather is extremely helpful and has an awesome personality and also the rest of the staff with whom I have interacted are polite and extremely friendly. It feels like home.
