We are very excited about our move to Carolina Riverside, and our experience so far has been a very good one. Claire Argento, our Sales Representative, and John Clifton, our Construction Manager, have both been outstanding. Claire was always transparent and responsive, and John truly went above and beyond during construction and even after closing to make sure everything was addressed promptly. We moved to North Carolina several years ago from New Hampshire and continue to love everything this state has to offer. The location of Carolina Riverside is wonderful, and the town of Belmont is charming and welcoming. Our experience with our new home build and closing were flawless and streamlined. Our Echelon home at Carolina Riverside is energy efficient, beautiful and well built. We had a very positive experience throughout our new home build. Our independent inspector was impressed with the build quality. Our construction manager Matthew Cleary has been amazing to work with, positive, helpful, efficient and thorough. Our salesperson Neci Adams has also been efficient, friendly and helpful. Both have gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. We’re very happy in our new home of one week and feel very confident that we will be supported through our warranty period and beyond.

Becoming a homeowner in this community has been a phenomenal experience. From the friendly, knowledgeable Amanda Rex in sales to the extraordinary construction manager Brandi Swope!! They shared my excitement, answered questions and kept me well informed of the process and progress with building my home. I feel at home in this community and had an enjoyable time working with Pulte on this build. Will definitely recommend.
