I had a very old Oil Burner that broke beyond repair. I contacted SS work services through Angi’s list. Rob Called me right away. He came, inspected ordered the parts needed. Five days later three of his workers spent up to 20 hours in 3 days, removing my old burner and constructing a new one. They explained the steps I had to take in maintaining it. They were very efficient and I tipped them also. Today I had my inspection from the town and Both inspectors said when they saw my new furnace said that they did a great job. SOS work services were affordable, on top of everything, And overall nice quality guys. I have already handed out their business cards to friends and family. I highly recommend SOS work services. HORRIBLE/HORRIBLE/HORRIBLE - DO NOT RECOMMEND I GIVE -5 (NEGATIVE) STAR I bought a house which had oil heat and no water heater and central AC. I received few quotes from multiple HVAC contractors and one of them was SoS Services, Springfield, NJ. SoS wasnt the cheapest but the owner, Rob, seemed very promising so I gave the work to him. My biggest mistake in 2024. We got under contract at the end of October and I have been asking him to put the permits for the work since then, it is Dec 19th today and him or his company has not put in paper work to upgrade my home electric, installing new duct work, adding new HVAC and Water heater, installing gas lines inside the house for kitchen, laundry, water heater and HVAC. We hired these guys to install a new central AC unit. From the day it was installed we had problems with the coils freezing over and the unit shutting off. We had them out 9x over two summers, they’d say it was ‘fixed’ but next heat wave it would die again. Finally got AJ Perri out to assess and lo and behold turns out multiple parts of the unit wasn’t installed properly. They wouldn’t fix the work or refund it and we had to file a claim with the better business bureau. Don’t pay these guys a dime - it will cost you $$$$!!!

Rob, Mike, and the SOS Work Services team are all fantastic. They are professional, show up on time, and don't try to upsell you on the work. They recommend exactly what you need, not something that will make them more money. They have repaired a furnace and installed a new water heater for me and have done excellent work both times. I cannot recommend them enough!

Rob and John did their best to help us feel comfortable in our repairs, but also went out of their way to help educate us on best practices, to get the most life out of our furnace and radiators. They've been out a few times to do maintenance for us, this is our second year using them. Highly recommended, straight forward, and honest.
