Lakeside at Briant Park

The management group of this property does not enforce rules or hold the tenants accountable. Garbage left in elevators, e-bikes being rode in hallways, lack of responsiveness. The only reason it gets one star is because it provides a roof over my head that the costs continues to increase while the quality goes down.

I've been living at Lakeside at Briant Park since 2008 and love it. It's convenient to transportation to NY and highways. Food shopping is close enough to walk, if you had to. The maintenance Dept is very good and respond the same day if you have a problem. Any problem is resolved quickly depending on the situation. Yes the rent is high but it is within market value of the area. This is NJ. Each apartment has self controlled central air and heat. The kitchen appliances are adequate and washer and dryer is in each apt. There is also a dish washer and microwave included. Being next to Briant Park is a definite plus. I would rate the living experience 5 Stars.

The Leasing and Maintenance staff are wonderful people. However, there needs to be better management of the dumpsters during warm months as there are many cockroaches that come from there and enter everyone’s cars!

It has been an awesome place. The management staff here is nothing but exceptional! If only they had 1 bedroom apartments here. Worth the price - any issues that come up are resolved extremely quickly. Jennifer is amazing, I would recommend anyone to choose this place without a second thought!
