The Cove

I give this complex one star because of the property manager and the neighbors. Dorothy is the silver lining and the only reason I stayed two years opposed to one. Otherwise it would be 0 star review. Your backyard is 78 and Springfield Ave, the property is a disaster ( landscapers rarely come and when they do, they leave a huge mess), there are multiple/light poles that fell on the property and have sat there for more than two years, other issues you can clearly see and they have of the zero amenities the other similarly priced complex’s have. Unless you really need your child to be in Springfield school district and are desperate. Definitely shop around and don’t get stuck in the cove. Lastly, I found would appear to be fentanylI about 5 yards from the playground and where dogs walk. S

The Cove, its residents, and particularly, Dorothy (property manager) and Ty (maintenance) were the main reasons why we stayed for 3 years. We would have kept living there if it not were for an out of state job opportunity. Everyone is very friendly and takes care of the property and it’s very dog friendly too. Dorothy and Ty are exceptional people, very professional and responsive to your needs. We were very lucky to have found the Cove and miss our time there!

We lived in the Cove for about 2 years starting in Jan 2018. We really enjoyed living here and the only reason we will move out is out of state job relocation. Dorothy is a wonderful person and a fantastic property manager. She was very prompt with maintenance requests and dealing with conflict among neighbors. The maintenance staff are also very nice folks and professional. It is a quiet community with nice amenities. We had a nice view of mountains and also I really liked watching the cars driving by on I-78. There is good sound insulation so noise from high-way is not an issue. The neighbors are very nice and it is a pet friendly community. Each building has an intercom, and the security is very good. We absolutely loved living here! Dorothy and Ty are incredible at their jobs and two of the warmest, nicest people you'll ever meet! The apartments are very spacious and the complex kept in pristine condition. There's a gym and rec room available to tenants and most units have an outdoor space whether it be a deck or walkout door. Some units also come with a garage which was great for always having a spot and a little extra storage for off-season items to sit until they're needed. Can't say enough about this place and couldn't recommend it more to anyone! The only reason we left was because we bought a house. Otherwise, I think we would've stayed a very long time

This is my favorite complex I've lived at so far. I lived here for a year. The property manager Dorothy is extremely responsive and personable. I was finding a place in New Jersey remotely from Indiana and Dorothy was so understanding and accommodating. The complex is safe, quiet, pet-friendly, and the fitness center is a nice bonus. As a single female with a small dog, I really liked that the parking lots were well lit at night. There are individual HVACs in each room, elevators for each building, and the balconies are very large. The closets and bathrooms are large. There's a shoprite 2 minutes away, Whole Foods and Target less than 5 minutes, Milburn station about 5 minutes drive. I didn't have any issues with bugs or anything like that.
