The Villas

I lived at the Villas for a year and a half and only moved out because of work relocation. The leasing office staff is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Every time I needed assistance they were there to give support. The complex is very peaceful and safe. My unit had a view of a creek, which made my time there even more enjoyable. Units are well maintained, with laundry machines in the unit, and dishwashers. Fitness Center is also well kept. The location is also great since you are a few minutes away from groceries stores, and pharmacies and less than 30 seconds away from the highway - and still won't hear any traffic noise.

Had a great experience here and would recommend to everyone. The leasing office is always very kind and helpful. They made it easy every step of the way. The maintenance team always fixed things quickly as well. Also enjoyed the electric chargers for my car.

Lived here for one year, it is a great place to live, and the leasing office and maintenance team are extremely thorough and helpful. Beautiful scenery as well.

My fiancé and I lived at The Villas for a few years and we had the best experience! Our apartment was perfect for our first home together. We love the layout of our one bedroom - spacious for two people and plenty of closet space. We both loved our own closets! The leasing office was always helpful and quickly responded to any questions or requests. Maureen has been amazing! We had to move to relocate closer for work otherwise we would live there much longer.

I have lived here for about 8 years. Overall it has been a nice place to live - your typical apartment issues (dishwasher breaking, leak, etc) but nothing crazy. No, over the last few years maintenance has gotten much better. The old maintenance person was terrible and half assed everything. HOWEVER - before you move here please be aware that sadly this has become an unsafe area. TODAY (literally as I type this) six cop cars are outside of the building next to mine because there was a break in. This is the third break in - that I know of - since August. Unfortunately being on the border of not so nice areas, The Villas is a perfect target and also close to hop on 78 to get away. They slice the screen doors and break in. And this break in, I hear from my friend who is on PD that the women w
