The Metropolitan

I’ve been living in this community for about a year now and love it here. The building is clean and well maintained, the apartments are nice, and the overall atmosphere feels very friendly and welcoming. They have good amenities as well. A big factor for me in moving here was how nice and safe the neighborhood is. People are really kind in this area and I’ve made lots of new friends. My dog has lots of playdates with the dogs in the area and enjoys the dog park here. Everything is also super convenient with grocery stores nearby, lots of food options, and fitness studios like Solidcore and SLT within walking distance. I love living here! The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are immaculate! There are always food trucks at least once a month that come. Plus the activities that the building plans are always an amazing time! Anytime I have had a maintenance issue, it has always been rectified the same day and maintenance is always extremely friendly! Casey and his team do a wonderful job at running The Metropolitan and make it a true luxury experience!

From the application process, to the move-in, to the day-to-day living, the staff at The Metropolitan have been thoughtful and understanding. When I asked if it was possible to get privacy trees in front of our terrace, Casey, Khalil and his team made it happen. Just days later, the trees were there! I can't write this review without mentioning Betty Ann and how helpful, friendly, and patient she was with us during our tour last fall. We've also really enjoyed the events the leasing office has put on, ranging from the more recent BBQ (that went on despite the rain), to the frequent food truck offerings. HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MONTHS FOR MY WATER BILL AND HOT WATER AT ALL TAPS GOING TO ICE COLD IN A MATTER OF A COUPOLE OF MINUTES. CHANGING TO NEW DOOR ACCESS HAS BEEN A REAL NUISANCE.

Casey (the property manager) and Khaleel (our leasing agent) have been amazing — super accommodating and genuinely on top of everything. Any time we’ve had a question or needed help with something, they’ve been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It’s been such a smooth experience overall, and we really appreciate how well the building is run.
