Truly terrible company. Runs a slum and barely maintains it. Abusive to their tenants and their managers, over-price their units and constantly hike rent, take forever for repairs, literally nothing positive can be said about this company. Don't work for them. Don't rent from them. Garbage pictured has been their formonths, some over a year.

Since new management has taken over, I’ve had notice left at my door at least monthly. While preheating my oven, it started smoking out my burner knob and smelled like burnt plastic. So management told me to unplug it and they would bring me a new oven. This is what they brought me.

if you notice all the 5-star rating as are given from people who either work or have worked for the company. They also do not give any kind of information upon their review. When I moved into this apartment complex I had noticed that the other person hadn't completely moved out and my keys were out with that person. Later I had discovered that my keys were given to everyone in the apartment complex to to the earthquake two years ago and they had not change the locks. So, my house was used as the shower hostile refuge for people who did not have working bathrooms and my keys have been given out to everybody and their mothers and sisters. We have been tenants in this complex for over 2 years now. We have always had problems with our water heater. The water heater finally stopped working on Wednesday, October 14. I called the maintenance guy and he came out right away. He called the plumber and he was there the next day, which was Thursday. He said that the water heater needed to be replaced and that it would not be replaced until Monday or Tuesday. I called the manager and asked if we could have access to running hot water to bathe our 4 young children and to shower since it was going to be about 6 days without running hot water. I was strung along for two and a half months waiting for and apartment, constantly being told, 'next week'. When I was given the key to an apartment, it was nothing like what I was shown beforehand. The previous tenants had moved out and left the place in a shamble. Management had not even bothered to clean the place. Large holes in the walls, dated carpet with bleach spots all over, candle and cigarette burns in it and a furnace filter so black I don't know how any air could get through it. If this is the quality of apartments this company provides, run for your life.
