Mallard Pointe Apartments

Great apartment community just steps away from the Greenbelt. The maintenance crew (Tom) are so helpful and courteous. I have the best neighbors that have become great friends.

I think this place could do better in ensuring the safety of their tenants. It also seems like repairs are needed for the ceiling but never get done? I can see insulation as I walk to my grandparents place.

I love living at Mallard Pointe! The staff (Stephanie, Sydney, and Tom) are friendly, efficient, and always smiling! Maintenance is on top of getting any maintenance needs I have repaired. I have never had to wait 24 hours to have anything attended to. The residents are friendly, and I love the environment.

We love living on the green belt and the Boise river. The staff is so wonderful and helpful. The maintenance staff are so nice and helpful with all our maintenance issues.

Lived here once, and it was a disaster. The majority of the people that live here do not take care of their messes. They don't pick up after their pets, they let them urinate everywhere (there were regular stains on the carpet before they replaced it). Management finally had to replace the hallway carpet after having it cleaned multiple times. Also, the people living here are not friendly at all. Their constantly passing around nasty rumors about anyone and everyone, even things that are not true at all. Some of them also like to make social "Power Plays" on others. I'd see a police cruiser outside the complex on a regular basis for stupid, petty stuff all the time. Not to mention the building is super old. A pipe burst in one of the buildings once, and it left a very large mess. I'm glad
