Crosshatch Apartments

Crosshatch was wonderful, I love the kindness that Tarah Otto showed us. I like that even though I just called and ask if we could look at the apartment without a schedule showing, she was nice and kind enough to show them to us. I loved how all my questions were answered without any hesitation or rudeness.I love the gym, and the fact that they have a keyless entry, I really appreciate and enjoy getting to know the building and hopefully get to move there. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for kind, friendly, welcoming, and pet friendly apartments to anyone. Thank you so much Tarah Otto for your kindness and your time. ⭐️

From the beginning, Crosshatch has been amazing. Me and my girlfriend moved in last weekend and the entire process was very seamless. Bryan was an AMAZING help with anything and everything we needed or any questions we had along the way. Without Bryan I don't know how we would have managed to make this happen, he was open and honest with us and always kept us in the loop whenever there were any updates or changes during the process. The apartments themselves are extremely nice as-well, all of the appliances are of quality and all of the amenities are wonderful and always clean too! The courtyard has a beautiful view of the mountains and a bunch of nice places to sit and unwind. I have seen some negative reviews about the insulation and the walls being thin but in my personal experience her

Caleb Jenkins and his team do an outstanding job supporting both the residents and the property. It’s clear that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. While touring the community, I was especially impressed by the lounge and the gym. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live in the area, especially given that they’re only about 10 minutes from downtown.

Im a new resident here in the complex and I am compelled to write a review on how amazing this experience has been! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Maintenance has been on top of everything for me. Bryan is the leasing agent here and he always goes above and beyond my personal expectations of service! Any questions I’ve had, or issues I think I come across, he has always answered them and has never left me wondering. His service is by far above average and I would recommend him and this complex to anyone looking for a new apartment. Give him a raise! I’m so glad to be here and to have the staff that I have

The property is so beautiful and in such a great location! I took a tour with Tarah and she was absolutely lovely to talk with. She was warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Such great customer service!
