Amazing property management, they are easy to work with and care about their properties and tenants. The people who work there are nice and willing to listen when there is a problem and find a solution. I would definitely recommend them any time. Never had any issues with them.

The gentleman that drives my dad to his appointments when I'm working and helps him inside with food was literally at my address for 7 minutes. He was helping my dad inside and into his chair then went back out to grab dinner and pellets for pellet stove. He carried them in and put them in stove for heat and by the time he walked back out he had a boot on his.vehicle.he wasn't parked . He was unloading senior resident. He called parking enforcement lame and he said how was I supposed to no u just got here. He said not my problem. $175.to get the boot off for a helping a tenant that's been here 25 yrs for under 10 minutes is an absolute disgrace. Seems that the property management did the same shit last year around Christmas time.

Not very attention to detail. Vacant spots are overgrown with weeds spreading I to others yards. They ticket and boot people for parking in front of their own homes. The give eviction notices for pets without any investigation on what happened. Usually can be dealt with I guess but extreme measures for minor things. Tickets for things sitting outside yet the vacant lots are full of trash. Irrigation has been on for over a month yet we have none yet. It isn't even turned on We pay annual irrigation fees ourselves . No filters on the irrigation either. Can't ever get to mailboxes cause cars are stacked in front of. My dad's a very old man that doesn't get around very well and yet has to park somewhere else in order to get to his mail. After being here for 25 yrs you would think they coul

Wave is great. All team members work above and beyond. The awesome management skills really took of the burden. Wave try their best to maximize the interest of both tenant and landlord. We would definitely recommend them to everyone. Great team!
