Limelight Village

I toured this property last week and I'm so impressed! It has more amenities than I've seen in a long time and the local is just epic. I can get to the Eagle bike park in around 7 minutes and even less if I ride from the parking lot and go through the trails. I love that they have a coffee/espresso machine in the club house which is so beautiful and has a Ralph Lauren vibe. The office staff were very inviting and made me feel right at home. If you are looking for a foothills retreat that you can call home, this is definitely the spot. Oh and super dog friendly with a dog park and dog spa! Love it !

This is the absolute LAST company you should ever rent from. I have dealt with my fair share of property management companies, but Commercial Northwest is by FAR the worst. I don't like to call anything or anyone "evil," but they genuinely don't care about you as a human being or, quite frankly, a tenant. They don't respond to emails or phone calls, their office is hardly ever actually open during the hours they say they are, and they go through staff at an insane rate (three different maintenance supervisors in the span of a month and three property managers in four months). The lies started before I even moved into the unit. When I initially toured, I was given a unit number (the unit I later signed a lease for) that did not match the unit I toured. Highly recommend, the management has been amazing. They listen to my needs and have been so genuine towards me. I really love the layout and quality for the price, been here almost a year, I have to say they have been way better than my past apartments by far.

Limelight village is an overall great place to live! My wife and I moved here from Wisconsin and have been residents for three months. The apartments are well designed and offer quality appliances. There is also a beautiful view of the foothills depending on the place. Next, the amenities provided (gym, grills, and office space) allow for this apartment to be a great place to hang out and saves you money. Finally, the village is in a perfect location between Eagle and Boise- tons of grocery, restaurants, and recreation options. I am happy with these apartments and am grateful that we found them. Limelight Village is so cute! Great location, great floorplans and awesome amenties for the price. The new management company seems really nice and attentive. I can't wait to see what they do next.
