Alpine Landing Townhomes

Had a great tour of the neighborhood & homes with Audrey, and the application process was super smooth/quick. The homes are clean, modern (like tech-nerd modern), and look brand new inside and out. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, with a fancy paver road throughout, dog park, hammock area, and playground. I went in a different direction as I found something a little closer to where I want to reside, but the whole touring and application process with Alpine was worth a quick shout-out. ★☆☆☆☆ BEWARE — Cleanliness Issues, Unfair Charges, and Poor Management We rented one of their new build townhomes from January to June. At move-in, we were told the unit would be professionally cleaned before we got the keys. However, when we arrived, the exterior was visibly filthy—covered in construction dirt—and the interior had dead bugs in every room, dirt smudged on the windows, and dead flies along the sills. When I called the front desk, the leasing agent awkwardly admitted no professional cleaner came and said she "cleaned it herself." It was a brand-new unit, so I let it go and cleaned the place myself. Our lease was up in June but we physically moved out in April. We barely lived in the place for 3 months. During our time there, we paid for two professional cleanings ourselves

Visited the complex and talked with Jennifer in the office. She was very kind and informative during the tour and was able to be a tremendous help in our house search! Very easy and quick communication, which is even more helpful during this transition!!

The girls in the office were super helpful as I was out of town mostly through the whole process. Move in was simple and easy. Place was clean and the neighbors are nice. Super happy to be here thank you.

What a great experience! After looking at multiple locations, we were very impressed by the homes. They’re beautiful, spacious and who doesn’t love brand new?! What really blew us away, was the customer service from Jasmine. She was so sweet, informative and professional. She made us feel at home, answered my many questions and helped us get into our new home quickly. We may have just moved in, but it makes us feel confident moving into a place that is so hospitable.
