When Michelle was the Assistant Manager at Sole Apartments, she was extremely helpful, personable, and made residents feel heard. After she left, Lauren Gentile who is the Property Manager, has made the experience changed significantly. Communication has felt cold and impersonal, and there seems to be little concern for residents’ issues. There have been several discrepancies that feel questionable and lack clear explanation. Maintenance requests have been an ongoing frustration — instead of properly fixing issues, repairs often feel like temporary patches. Almost every month, I had to submit another request for something that should have been resolved properly the first time. Sole at Sunrise is an "okay" place to live overall, but what really makes it special is the staff — especially Theresa. She’s phenomenal! Always professional, friendly, and willing to help no matter what. Honestly, she’s the reason my experience there was so much better. I don’t know how they’d keep that place running smoothly without her. She truly holds it all together!

I came for a visit to view the apartment and the listings and see the community overall, My experience was the best I’ve had in a long time since searching for a new apartment, Lee and the staff is lovely and always willing to help no matter what they are doing and my favorite staff for sure.

Hi! I have lived here for a long time now and I’ve never felt more taken care of. I take great pride in keeping a clean and tidy home, and for the rare times an issue does occur with something in my home, management and maintenance are on it right away. The maintenance staff takes the job very seriously and always takes care of things very quickly. They are truly amazing. The amenities are great. I work out and swim every day. I even play basketball with my kids. There is plenty of fun stuff to do without ever having to leave the property, and I feel really lucky to call Sole at Sunrise home.
