Do. Not Live in this apartment complex. They are by far the worst management. I moved because they went into my apartment and robbed me of my cash savings. They also stole jewellery. The manager Anna sent me an email telling me that it will be inspected and later my money came up missing. Police have not been able to do their job because of management. She claims she never sent someone and completely gaslit me of the whole situation. Not the only tenant with personal items coming up missing others of my neighbour included. . This is not a safe place to live. They purposely have no cameras outside or inside for moments like this. They tried to overcharge me with a late fee for rent that was “late” but showing receipts and proof prove that it was in fact not late and just an attempt to con m

I had the best experience living at Silver Lake. The place is clean, maintained well, and the property manager Jaya and leasing assistant Annie are awesome and extremely responsive. My only criticism is squeaky floors, so a top floor apartment is probably the best option to rent here if you don't want to hear your neighbors. Walls are thick, I never heard my wall-sharing neighbor. I lived in the 2320 building, which I'm told is the newest. I had a 1BR/1B- awesome storage space in closets, and the space itself was much bigger than I thought it would be from the photos. I had one issue with flooding in my kitchen from a neighboring unit and the leak was resolved completely within hours and my carpets were professionally cleaned within the week. I like Silver lake apartment specifically building 2316. The carpet in the hallway is always clean and smell good. The people in the office are very approachable and friendly. I hope they can add more washing machine and Dryer. So I don’t have to wait 2 hrs to my clothes in the dryer.Laundry room is my only issue.

Moved out after 2 years because of a job offer and had to move states. Otherwise I loved living here! Great management, Great communication from them! Applying and approving process was quick and easy! Annie is super nice and so is Sioux! ! Walls were thick so I could not hear my neighbors. Maintenance was very responsive, even in after hours! Parking near my building was a bit hard to find at night since it filled up quickly. Pool was such fun in the summer months! Family & baby friendly! Also super pet friendly! zero complaints, loved my time living here and will always be super glad to have been a resident at Silver lake!

I like the location. Good management. Fast maintenances. Drainage system was my big issue.
