DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! THIS IS THE WROST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER!! First off let me say I lived here when I grew up with the property management before EIG bought the property! this winter the whole building went without hot water for close to 2 weeks while they refused to do emergency repairs! The property is always trashed, garbage laying around the outside and inside. The smell is horrible. The newly renovated units look like they were done by rookies! The pool has a dark green tint in the summer! NOTHING has changed since I lived here with my mother as a kid around 7 years ago. Not the carpet in the hallway, not the washer and dryers, even not the locks on the outside doors. Which always get stuck and need to be fiddled with to work. EIG took over from old management who was FANTASTIC and everyone loved them. This was our home for 4 years, after that I am glad to get out of here to another well maintained complex that is willing to communicate effectively with residents and doesn’t have a high turnover rate of employees or residents. Bad communication, bad service, terrible pricing for what you get. The new lease agreement will make you pay for all utilities + rent & internet when this place is far from luxury. We are paying just as much for something better. If you’re gonna take away money wise you should create more amenities for what people get. If I could go back in time, I would have never wasted my money living here. EIG Property Management is a joke. The parking lots were never plowed, sidewalks and stairs were never shoveled, no ice melt was ever thrown down. They didn't care about anyone living there. When my car was broken into in the locked parking garage and I asked for the footage of when it happened, they told me they couldn't access the footage from that timeframe. So beware that even though you see cameras in the garages and the entry ways, they don't even work. Don't waste your money on these idiots.

I lived in these apartments for 4 years. I highly recommend this place! When I'm looking for a landlord/apartment, I'm looking for a few foundational things: 1) can I communicate clearly with the landlord, and 2) when things are broken, do they get fixed? There are other things, of course, but you have to start with those. Innsbruck Villa passes both with flying colors. Management was always responsive and easy to contact if needed. The pool, sidewalks, and common areas (entryways, laundry room, etc) were kept in good condition and were always clearly communicated about. The apartments themselves were kept up well. Which brings me to the real joy of living at Innsbruck: the maintenance crew. The maintenance crew was amazing-- they would respond quickly (often in less than 1 business day) t

This was my first apartment on my own. It was clean, very well maintained, and I felt very safe here. The singular issue I would have changed was that the washing machines were very small which was annoying when you pay by the load. Otherwise, utility costs were quite low (I was in a first floor unit) and I honestly don't think I ever even had a maintenance issue.
