Garden View Apartments

During my time at Garden View Apartments, management was super attentive and supportive when I reached out with questions and concerns. Sara did an amazing job with timely responses, and open communication. She went above and beyond to support my family and I during our time there. The apartments are also pretty cozy!

Moved in to a nonfunctional kitchen. Literally something wrong with everything. Stains all over the blinds and carpet. Holes in screens. Management thinks it's ok to leave tenents in conditions that are not liveable. They refuse to fix it in a timely manner. Literally the most worthless, incompetent property managers I have ever met. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Update: A month in and they still can't figure out if a dishwasher with the top rack falling out that doesn't clean needs replacing. Maintenance will also leave your door unlocked when they leave. The office also starts ingoring you if you call out their trashy slum lord behavior. Truly disgustingly classless people. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD MOVE ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Sarah helped me through all the paperwork moving in and out. She was always very kind and helpful. Thank you Sarah! <3 Maintenance guys were always nice to chat with too. Great staff.

It is a beautiful and conducive place to live in New Brighton Minnesota. They are located just not so far from stores and places where most basic necessities are gotten. They equally have beautiful places nearby to visit such as the Hansen park and a beautiful reservoir similar to a lake just adjacent. Swimming is not permitted but the scenery is amazing.

This place used to nice to live about years ago, but now I think the office manager is new and if you go to the office for help it takes so long to get help. I go to the office many times for same issues still not get help. I recommend the office people to help the resident and not taking long to solve the issue.
