Granite Falls At Silver Lake

Since I can’t type my detailed experience I’ll keep it short. Things are constantly falling apart and not getting fixed, units have issues with leaking pipes and black mold, neighbors aren’t picking up after their dogs where they are using the bathroom in the hallways and not picking up after them, Kids are pissing in the hallways as well, constant smell of weed and cigarettes smoke traveling into the units (even though there are no smoking allowed), the building smoke alarms aren’t alerting the fire department when the building smoke detectors goes off unless you call them yourself ( twice this happen, most recently at 1am and earlier this year when the neighbors apartment caught on fire and it took 40mins for them to come after multiple ppl called), window next to the door entry way was

I have been living here for six years and we had bad luck with mangers, they stay for few months and leave. But now we have manager who’s been with us for over year now and he is Great. Everything is done so promptly and that is awesome. He is doing great job at making sure granite falls apartments is a great place to live.

The new Landlord is changing things up and making this place a great living space. Friendly maintenance staff. Silverwood sculpture park across the street. Gas station on the corner. Amazing tacos up the block. It’s an apartment there’s typical things to expect with many people sharing a space. There are things that are being worked on such as parking lot repairs . There is a laundromat within 5 minutes and laundry in the building. My apartment feels like home because I made it that way. I have a garage. I have great neighbors! You can make this home my daughter and I did! We love it here!

Management here has been wonderful—always responsive, friendly, and professional. Any concerns are handled quickly, and they truly care about the residents. I really appreciate how well the property is maintained.

I have been a tenant here for the last two years and just recently bought a house. My overall experience with granite falls was good. A few negatives such as parking lot quality and laundry machines. The laundry company runs through a third party so it can be frustrating when those are down. I have been able to see positive change over the last few months. It seems as the rif raf is almost completely gone and issues are being handled. I very much have appreciated someone who takes time to understand our concerns as tenants for a change Thank you granite falls for my apartment living experience.
