Hillside East Apartments

I absolutely loved my experience at Hillside Apartments—from the apartment itself to the wonderful staff who make this place feel like home. I rented the apartment without ever doing an in-person tour since I was living far away at the time. Gigi and Ronnie went above and beyond by sending detailed videos and patiently answering all my questions. I trusted my gut—and I’m so glad I did. When I finally moved in, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the apartment was. Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully renovated, and the unit was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Hillside East has been fantastic since the first interaction, they have been so kind and patient with me (this is the first time I’ve been on a lease by my lonesome so I’ve had a million questions). Everyone I’ve met that works there has been very friendly and helpful, and so have other residents. If I had the chance to go back I would still choose hillside east EVERY time!

We have been Living at Hillside since Sept 2020. We are so happy to have found this complex. Our Apt Is nicely updated and every time we have questions or concerns Ronnie has ALWAYS gotten back to us and follows through. Our bldg 393 is always kept clean and never any concerns. I moved in here with my partner and his roommate in January 2022 and my experience has been excellent. We are only moving to be closer to the city. Ronnie is the most superb property manager i’ve ever experienced. So many apartment complexes in the city with crummy management these days- Hillside East isn’t one of them. She is quick at responding and always in her residents’ best interest. So refreshing compared to my previous experiences with property management. Huge shoutout to maintenance staff as well! Gary is so quick on maintenance turnaround times. Overall: Great communication. Great value for the price. Highly recommend living here!
