Chateau Royal Apartments

RENTERS BEWARE!! This place is infested with mice! Management is slow at properly addressing service issues and oftentimes very unfriendly and threatening. The pictures captured below was taken 5/17/25 in the hallway.

Love living here so far! Washer/Dryers work well and are close with a good price, Landlord is part owner and is absolutely awesome. I complained about my AC unit being loud, it was replaced later that day! Landlord is really down-to-Earth. Pool is broken due to safety concerns in one complex but that really can't be helped due to the insane amount of work needed to fix it, but landlord happily gave me a key to the other building's pool area. Pools are amazing with warm water, windows looking out, wooden paneling makes it feel homely. Some stuff looks a bit old but I don't care about that. Price is amazing, nice and close to 35W so everything feels 'close' no matter where I need to travel! Can't hear 35W at all when windows/doors are closed, those things are super sound-proof. We enjoyed living there. Chris, the manager was quick to respond to the very few concerns we had. We appreciated the covered garage and enjoyed the pool. We had very friendly neighbors. Would definitely recommend Chateau Royal to others.

I have been staying there for more than a year. The place is safe, clean and quiet. Responsive with maintenance issues/inquiries. Organized garbage disposal system. Nice indoor pool and covered parking structure. Awesome, approachable property manager, Chris. Thumbs up!

My wife and I have lived here about 10 years..our stay has been pleasant and very comfy..Management is excellent..Chris responded to any issue quickly and friendly! We highly recommend this place!
