Sierra Square Apartments

They have a towing service that will take your car without warning and cannot be reached by phone or email, if you do not sleuth out the address of the towing company yourself you will not get your car back. Also the residents here are up playing music in their cars and trucks past 2am. Unless you can find a unit here for less than 700$ a month, stay away!

We’ve currently lived here for 7 months, but are not anticipating on renewing our lease after the year is up. So far I’m happy to say that the grounds are always kept up nicely, and landscapers come every other week or so to maintain. The office staff are always friendly and very professional, helpful, and on top of things. Our maintanence guy is great and works hard, and always maintains a cheerful attitude! Parking is never an issue! Many of the complexes have grass areas for the dogs to go potty which is a great feature for dog owners, but some poop stations only have bark which is a challenge at times not to step on missed dog poop since it blends in well with the bark at night. Rent is about $1600 for a one bedroom and an additional $50 a month for cat rent. The office staff is very friendly and work orders are completed quickly. But there is a noisy construction site next door that has been building from the ground up for over a year now. It covers my patio and car in dirt and dust. Some of the neighbors are hit or miss. We have had neighbors that are horrendously loud, with screeching children running back and forth across the floor, neighbors who don't clean up their large dog's poop, and neighbors that vape inside. The kitchens are narrow and with inconvenient storage for food. Units do not have washer dryers in them. The apartments are pretty dated and they have some black mold painted over in the bathroom. Everyone here is so kind! area is always nice and clean pool still looks great ! Lisa in the leasing office is just the sweetest ! Staff and maintenance are wonderful ! One of the best apartments I’ve lived in yet. Came just in time to sign lease before the prices went up, little expensive but you get what you’re paying for ! Clean complex , nice gym and clean landscape. Also yummy treat cart comes by almost everyday ! I love Sierra square so close to everything and literally right next to the mall (walking distance) . No apartment is perfect but the moment I walked into my complex it felt like home . What works for some doesn’t always work out for others but this is definitely a place for me . I would recommend this complex.

I lived here for a year and with the old company (Garibaldi) and a new company just recently bought it out after June 15th, 2017. I do not like the new company because they claim to be open 5 days throughout the week from 9 to 5 but they're never in the office and hardly return any phone calls based off of voicemail messages that were left. The complex itself isn't bad even though they have public laundry rooms, which gets very expensive even if there's two individuals in your household and the neighbors are friendly and considerate. I moved into a cottage that was still dirty upon move-in (even though they claim it was professionally cleaned). They staff are friendly, but they just do not know how to communicate properly with their tenants. Screen doors are horrible, they have always gott
