I have lived here for just a little over 5 years. I have seen management change quite a few times, which was no big deal to me. I have been patient and kind to all of the staff here because I know that it can't be easy managing a large complex like this. HOWEVER, at year 5, I have officially hit my patience limit. Our carbon monoxide detector started to go off tonight and I immediately went to Google to make sure it wasn't just a low battery, I was getting mixed information so I called the emergency maintenance line. They took over an hour and a half to respond. In fact, they hadn't even responded yet. I called the fire dept and they were out here within minutes. I called the emergency maintenance line back to tell them that I had already taken care of it. THANKFULLY, it was a malfunction

Horrible place to live run by a horrible management company. If i wrote out everything that went wrong I could write a novel. One of the worst things was when my sink backed up and flooded my apartment for 3 days.... 24 hour maintenance is not 24 hours.When I finally got ahold of the property manager her response was,"sorry i was on vacation." The smell was so bad I couldn't even live in the apartment. The landlords will also give keys to your apartment without giving you notice which is against CA law. I just got $600 of my $1600 deposit and they stated they needed the $1000 to get it back into the shape I got it in. The shape I got it in was worse then how I left it. There was paint drops all over the floor and shower. There was a hole in the guest bathroom that wasn't patched before I

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I enjoy that this community is very community and family oriented . Kids play with kids, neighbors say hello to neighbors. I love that they try to do a nice gesture for the residents every so often such as a waffle breakfast they did most recently on a Saturday morning. The maintenance man is super friendly and always attends request in a timely manner .

My in-laws live there for a year. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the plumbing. It took them several days to figure out what is the problem. They fixed it with a promise to get a new dishwasher( because the dishwasher was the reason) but they never did. When we moved out they called us with a time that I can walk the manager through the apartment and hand her the keys. So we can be sure that I will get my deposit back. After I came she said she was busy. And asked to leave the keys and they will call me to let me know when I can have my deposit. And again never received a call even though I called them, left a voicemail, and sent an email. Unfortunately, this place doesn’t respect its tenants. We moved out at the end of October and still didn’t get my deposit and still no one get back

Too many problems for such an expensive place. Very noisy, messy and sketchy people. It has signs saying smoke free but there are cigarettes and weed items scattered everywhere. Impossible to get ahold of management. The hours listed are not reliable at all. Pros: Close to shopping centers and in a safer area. Some apartments you can view the mountains. Nicer schools. Cons: No maintenance of the many Roaches, Spiders, black widows, ants and rats. Often there is mold in units and garages. Floods when it rains. Not well maintained inside apartments or outside apartments by staff. Trash and dog feces everywhere. A lot of weed and cigarette smoke despite claiming it is a smoke free property. Multiple people with multiple cars in many units (5 cars for one unit is not surprising). No parking
