Sherwood Meadows Apartments & Townhomes

Avoid Sherwood Meadows or those “Burke Home” places. We lived there for 2 years. We have 1 small dog and a baby. We paid a pet fee when we moved in and a monthly pet rent. Upon move out they’re trying to charge us the entire cost to replace all carpeting in the 2 bedrooms and the stairs. They’re keeping our entire $1700 deposit and trying to charge us an additional $1450. Due to “excessive pet urine”. (Theres some other small “damage” and “cleaning” but I will get to that) Truthfully, I also have a small child and my dog wasn’t even allowed in his room. I do want to add, before anyone judges me, my brother died unexpectedly across the country in California halfway through my high risk pregnancy. I am not perfect. Some things may have slipped past me, but I habe no problem replacing it. I

My wife and I lived together at Sherwood Meadows Apartments for the last 2.5 years. We started in a 1 bedroom and had to upgrade to a 2bd / 2bth. Both apartments were spacious for our needs. Having the garage was so helpful as well. Which is included with all units. The 2bedroom was a good size and was able to fit our growing family after we welcomed our first child back in January. The apartments were in great shape and modern. The people around us were all kind and welcoming. Bonita was great talking with especially when she knew we needed a larger unit made it easy on me and my wife who was pregnant at the time. She is very personable and doesn’t make you feel like a bother as if you’re just another customer in line. Mike and the maintenance team were pleasant to call and they are ver

great complex in residential community, staff and maintenance very responsive. Recommend it here.

Sherwood has private entrances and attached garages. Great community of all ages!

Moved in a month ago. Blizzard led to problems… Mike In maintenance was very helpful and knowledgeable, I’m very happy here. Beautiful apartments. Thank You
