Rat mold and mice infested building falling apart if u don’t mind then maybe it’s for u it’s the projects of the east side of council bluffs

They deleted all their honest reviews! Never would recommend this place, the manager Nora is unprofessional and will treat you with no respect along with swearing at you or talking bad in Spanish to your face. The maintenance has no experience but if you actually somehow get them to work on something they will just cover up the issue(like painting over mold) while also leaving a big mess for you to clean up. There is rats and feces all in the hallway and have never once been cleaned.

Was showed a dirty apartment and placed and outside was a mess dirty and manager was so rude and attitude was more than disrespectful and even to the workers I would not recommend this place anyone and on top of it they charge you 100 for a credit check to show you a dirty apartment and beer bottles in the hall way and the eviction notices still on the door.and told by the lady showing the apartment you are seeing this like I am seeing this they will need to clean it so unprofessional the manager amwas rude because I showed up 15 minutes early only thing nice on this property was the playground

Absolute trash management, unprofessional and quite frankly RUDE and threatens the tenants. Name is Nora and she really doesn’t care of her true colors show. Don’t recommend living here if you prefer to be spoken to with respect and decency.

Dont have visitors unless they want there car towed
