⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough great things about Shelton Park Apartments! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much pride they take in this community. The office staff is absolutely incredible—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything you need. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and supported. The maintenance man deserves special recognition as well. They respond incredibly fast and handle requests efficiently and thoroughly. Any time I’ve needed assistance, the response has been quick and the work done right the first time, which is such a relief. The apartments themselves are beautiful. My experience at this complex was not the best. When I moved in, the apartment was delivered dirty, dusty, and even had kitchen items left behind by previous tenants. There were no blinds, one of the bathroom sinks had peeling paint or visible rust, and the carpets were very old and even stained. Overall, the apartments feel outdated and deteriorated, and the appliances are high-consumption. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy. When my lease ended, the management deducted charges from my security deposit for cleaning and new carpet, claiming they had no proof of the condition in which the apartment was originally delivered to me. Lived here for almost a year now. Been through a lot of change in management. However I hope Ms. Fallen is here to stay. She is amazing shows genuine care concern and empathy. She goes above and beyond trying to help.... she deserves a raise.

I was searching for a reasonably priced apartment to move to in Madison and I came across Shelton park apartment. I called to schedule a in person tour of the apartment. The day of scheduled tour they called me in advance to make sure I was still coming I told them that I would see them at the scheduled time. As the time approached I drove to the apartment complex. When I pulled into the parking lot I immediately knew that this would not be my new place of residence . Still willing to give it a look, I waited for the lady to come and show us the place. The office had a closed sign so I called the number that contacted me previously. They explained that someone would be there shortly. I waited a few minutes longer then I left. Been living here almost 3 years now & I gotta say this is the best spot we've lived at in a long time. Quiet complex, kid friendly environment, police do a random drive-thru here & there just for safety, new management has been on a ball for sure. The new property manager Ms. Johnson & maintenance crew stay on top of repairs plus reaching out to residents whenever an issue have come up. No apartment complex is perfect if we're being realistic, but I have no problem choosing to stay here in a comfortable environment for my son.
