Scotts Manor Apartments

Outdated bathrooms..dirty bathtub and sink..rust on everything..water will give you serious burns..maintainence never comes. The sink backs up if you use the dishwasher...walls are yellow and drip weird stuff..try to get the top floor because you will hear your upstairs neighbors breathing..management does not clear parking spaces for snow...laundry room is dark creepy and outdated...ive other noticed one smoke detector near the bedroom not in the kitchen so if a fire started your trapped. Upstairs neighbor had a washing machine in her apartment ( not allowed) and it made the ceiling leak water in the bathroom and hall...told maintainence and nothing was done. Definitely not worth the price they charge in rent...only upside is water is included but the temperature changes at will..a shower

These apartments are great! The neighbors are delightful. I've made friends with several oversized crickets and daddy long-legs. Plus I feel like I'm family with my upstairs neighbors; I can hear them when they walk around their apartment and when their baby cries, it's as if I'm living with them! There's also a pleasant aroma of tobacco, as well as unburnt gas from the wonderfully ancient ovens that we are equipped with. Combine that with the soothing hum of the 80s-themed bathroom lighting, and you're bound to feel relaxed and at home!

Went there twice to inquire about availability for a one bedroom and the employees didn’t open the office door. Clearly it was employees in the office. No notices on the door to keep guests or residents informed of leasing agent hours. So rude. They just sit in the office and watch people walk in the building, let us knock on the leasing office door and do not respond.

The worst over priced place no ac for 2 months don’t waste your hard earned money

HORRIBLE. Not worth paying 1300 a Month, Honestly Not Worth the Headache
