UPDATE: i saw the response by the owner. and frankly that was ridiculous. stay away from this place. there is no amenities. and they charge you ridiculous amounts. also in the lease, it says they do not do pest control. they are deflecting everything else listed on the review. just a representation of how they treat their residents. take my experience and never live here. our service animal got ATTACKED 3 times in 6 months due to residents failing to put their dogs on a leash. the complex did nothing. not even an apology. if you are a dog owner, be aware! the worst 8 months of my life. the electric bill was over $400 EACH month and the office blamed us. they failed to provide a proper solution. we had numerous bug issues and i am a very clean person. i clean every week but we kept getting

We have lived here for 2 years and are sad to leave! It’s a safe, well maintained neighborhood in a beautiful area. There are a lot of grassy areas to walk your dog on the property- on top of being such a great walkable neighborhood beyond the Scioto Commons property. Trash never piles up and they even have a convenient bulk trash dumpster. There is plenty of storage in the units as well as an optional garage. There is also plenty of parking space to accommodate residents. Our experience with staff here has been absolutely wonderful. Maintenance, James, fulfills requests promptly and efficiently. Nancy is clear and communicative regarding property updates and notices. Terry is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They really care about their residents and it shows! We never felt like just ano

Place is super chill and quiet. Management office are so helpful and friendly. Nancy the manager is firm but fair and go beyond to help.James the Maintenance is prompt and can help anytime. 5 starts well earned and deserved.

I lived in this community for a year and it was very peaceful, clean and affordable! I only chose to move because I upgraded from a townhome to a single family home. If you're in Dublin and need an apartment, call Scioto Commons! The process is easy and the staff are very professional. It's a community that was easy to call "home"!!! I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars because they DESERVE it! Thank you Scioto Commons!

I have lived here for 12 years. I’ve seen reviews regarding poor communication with the leasing office/management/maintenance. I couldn’t disagree more. I have never had communication issues, especially with the current management. Even when the communication is unfavorable to me, it’s there, and it is clear and honest. I appreciate the transparency. I know people get mad because notices are left on doors when maintenance is coming for their annual inspection, or if there is a blanket notice going out, for example, cleaning up after pets. What do people want them to do, personally knock on every residence door to provide information? This is a good place to live. I wish it had amenities, but that’s fine, its not a deal breaker. Overall, the leasing office is open for communication
