Avery Brooke Apartments

I have for the last 9 1/2 years. I have seen it since day one until now and I love it here. I’ll tell you why; I am elderly handicapped, a female and alone. But I feel so safe here I have an alarm and attached garage and a very quiet backyard that overlooks a field and a forest.. I watch an amazing sunset every. Single day. I am an artist, and my sunset. Art sells the best. In my 10 years I’ve seen only one regime change, and had no difficulty with either one of them. I love it here. I love the people. I love the safety, and I love the beauty.

We lived here for about 4 years and it just kept getting worse. They take forever to do repairs. At one point it took them almost a year to fix a door. The owner/s are extremely rude. On more than one occasion he would come and check on the apartment to "replace air filters". They used the cheapest option for filters so for all 4 years i told the owner to his face that i replace them myself. The last time he came i reminded him that i change them myself and showed him the old dirty one, he then said I'm gonna just come in and check anyways. Which means he essentially called me a liar. Both my kids were home that day and were playing with toys and he complained that my apartment was dirty and that he be back. My children were playing with toys and he thought it was "dirty". Great place to rent, nice big windows in the living area and plenty of space. Maintenance is really responsive and always nice. The leasing office staff is really nice and helpful as well, and the gym and pool area are nice and well-kept. My only complaints while staying here was the lack of adequate parking space, the poor upkeep of the lot when it snows (parking spaces could be scraped out but aren't), and there being no enforcement of residents picking up after their animals.

Living at Avery Brooke was by far the best renting experience my girlfriend and I could’ve asked for. It has everything you could ask for the pool is amazing and the gym is huge. You get so much sq footage of living space and a balcony or patio for an incredibly affordable price especially when you start comparing to other complexes the bank for your buck is unmatched. There is also so much to do in the surrounding area. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Rhonda who we worked with from the beginning and is an absolute rockstar, great communication, extremely personable and truly cares about her residents. 10/10 would highly recommend no complaints.

I just called Avery brook apartments and spoke with Hanna firstly super friendly greeting after asking her a few questions she placed me on a silent hold without letting me know as I continued to talk to myself she then hung up the phone so I call back to no answer which I find very odd if someone is call to inquire about your apartment why would you treat them so rudely 10 out of 10 would not recommend this community and will be sharing my experience with everyone !!
