I don’t usually leave reviews, but after months of dealing with repeated problems, I felt compelled to share my experience. From the start, I had persistent issues with water leaks in the unit. Despite reporting them multiple times, the response was slow and temporary at best. Instead of resolving the root cause, management kept sending someone to patch things up — only for the same problems to return shortly after. When I finally decided to buy out my lease, the process was far more complicated than it should have been. I was given conflicting information, and every step forward was followed by delays and miscommunication. It felt like I was constantly being passed from one person to another, with no one taking real responsibility. Even after moving out, the situation hasn’t improved.

Was very optimistic about this apartment when first moving in! Apartments are new, up to date, and spacious; However the landscaping is probably the worst I’ve seen at an apartment complex (shrubs are dead,disorganized landscaping, kids pull limbs off of trees, mulch has tons of dirt in it, parking lot is dirty, dead grass,etc.) dog waste trash cans are constantly overflowing as well as the garbage cans, packages are stolen often and there are no cameras on the property, maintenance workers constantly blow yard debris onto your patio, and semi trucks take up multiple parking spaces. Complex is very strict on little things like not having plants on your balcony, leaving bikes in the breezeway (but bikes are allowed on the balcony?) specific color of your patio lights. I was happy to be moving into a brand new apartment complex. I moved in February 2024, and the experience was great. A few months later, I started receiving notices about music not being played during non-listening hours in shared spaces. (What’s the real problem?) Then I began experiencing discrimination regarding my truck. It is parked in the back where multiple other cars with flat tires sit, yet my truck always gets a tow notice. My truck runs and drives, and the tires have air in them, but my white Chevy seems to be the one they continue to target. I love living here, but I am starting to notice that the property management favors certain residents. For a whole year, and still to this day, I have been singled out for my truck multiple times.

First off I want to start by saying I moved here excited to live in a newly built community, with friendly staff around my age, in a great city. The first year was bliss. Maintenance was amazingly fast, management was responsive and helpful - also always contracting fun things like food trucks, hosting pool parties etc. Fast forward to us resigning our lease for 8/24-8/25. New management. New leasing agents. I’ve only seen one maintenance guy that’s been here for some time. We now walk from at least 2 buildings away at the very MINIMUM - yes with all my groceries and all - all the way to my apartment due to management not keeping track of license plates/parking permits. People here pay anywhere from $1300-1700 and can’t even pa
