Do not use this company! Wish I read the reviews first... My girlfriend and I applied for a rental in central Columbus. The link to schedule a tour said there were not any available yet so we figured we would take a shot applying and tour after. Eugene Hunt reached out to us on their application portal saying he was "reviewing the documents" and asked when we would be available for a tour which was strange because apparently no one at their office was even aware this property was available for tours after calling. I responded shortly after to request a viewing time and then.... nothing. I was not able to get a hold of Eugene. I sent several messages and even called their office. I currently live at one of their properties and I would not move in any properties that is associated with them EVER again. The things that I am going through right now I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy! Susan, which seems to be the only leasing agent/manager they have NEVER answers the phone, she will purposely send you to voicemail. The maintenance line might as well just be for show because no one ever returns a call from there. We currently have rodents in our walls literally clawing and scratching to get in. To some people this may seem harmless but for me, it is an actual diagnosed phobia. I cannot even stay in my place while this is happening so imagine calling her for 2 days leaving voicemails (during business hours) just for her to finally call you back to tell you that you’r

I do not personally use this company, but my neighbors do to manage their rental property in the Westpoint neighborhood in Galloway, Oh. The last tenants were evicted over 3 months ago and the yard hasn’t been mowed since. Recently there has been an effort to clean up the place. I’m assuming but I believe she is a property manager, her name is Katie and she has been harassing my family. There is ample parking in front of the rental she is working on and in the driveway of the property but she continues to park in front of my home. It is some of the cattiest and inconsiderate behavior I have seen from a grown adult woman in a very long time. Adam helped me find my home and he has been very very helpful along the way. Susan is amazing any maintenance request she makes sure some one come out the same or next day she ALWAYS to any messages any problem I have she always always help me get it fixed.She never ignores me she always responds quick. My experience with FYVE so far has been really great.
