The office management staff is one of the best apartment staff I've had the pleasure to work with. With my lease coming up for renewal, I needed to look at downsizing. Peta has been fantastic in helping me pick the right apartment to transfer to so I can stay within the community. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for my needs has made me grateful. I'm so happy to be able to stay here thanks to Peta's help.

Ashlar Flats is hands down one of the best-located apartment communities in the area. Being right off Sawmill Road and I-270 makes commuting incredibly easy, and there are job opportunities everywhere nearby. The convenience alone is hard to beat. The community feels very safe, quiet, and well maintained. My spouse is comfortable taking our dog out by herself, even at night, which really says a lot about how secure the property feels. The leasing team truly stands out as well. Chris, the leasing manager, and Peta, the leasing representative, are fantastic —always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I had the pleasure of living in this community for over 4 years, and I absolutely loved it! The leasing office and management staff are always super helpful—special shoutout to Chris, Peta, and Audrey for going above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right on Sawmill Road, with Kroger, Walmart, and plenty of restaurants just minutes away. Highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

UPDATE: The staff at Ashlar took my complaints seriously and addressed the irresponsible pet-owner issue. A majority of the pet waste is now picked up.

I wanted to share my experience here at Ashlar Flats. At first there were a few things that needed attention but were handled better than I could have imagined. I love this place. I love the balcony overlooking the pond full of fish, turtles geese! I love My unit- no carpet ! I can’t stand carpet! Energy efficient! Close to EVERYTHING! I walk to sawmill Park, Bridge Park, Kroger , Walmart,CvS. It takes 2 minutes to be on 270 or 4-5 to 315 via hard Rd very awesome location! The pool is amazing and they just installed the most Adorable dog park!! See video below ! I don’t have a dog but if I did it would love this cute park! They are constantly doing things to create an awesome tenant experience and I appreciate that effort so much! Great value for the investment !!
